We chose a realtor based on an endorsement by Dave Ramsey, a financial expert who also has his own radio show, The Dave Ramsey Show. We found our realtor through that website and had a fantastic experience! We do recommend it. Our realtor was very smart, answered every question we asked, and was very helpful throughout the ENTIRE process of signing all of the fiddly paperwork later on.
